St. Petersburg Jewish Teens Visit Georgia

Members of the EnerJew teen club of the St. Petersburg Jewish community recently took part in a four-day educational trip to Georgia, accompanied by Rabbi Sholom Pewzner and Rabbi Benzion Lipsker.

The program combined sightseeing with Jewish learning and community life. Participants visited Jewish sites in Tbilisi, learned about the history of Georgian Jewry, explored local landmarks, and shared a meaningful Shabbat together with prayers, Torah study, and discussions.

The trip brought together teenagers from all three St. Petersburg EnerJew clubs - the Grand Choral Synagogue, the MAOR Jewish Community Center, and Chabad "Na Moskovskom". It reflected the vibrant and growing youth life of the St. Petersburg Jewish community, where educational programs, friendship, and Jewish identity go hand in hand.
